A special thanks to our good friend Christoph who showed us this beautiful town and the Yarra region.
Our highlights are:
- The great skyline of Melbourne
- Healsville Santuctuary with its koalas and kangaroos. We did not see any wombats (they were sleeping in their tunnels but we saw a Tasmanian Devil!
- Some wine tasting in the Yarra Valley and the discovery of some sparkling shiraz!!
- A great picnic in the botanic garden with Chris and his Oz friends
- Many wonderful walks in the town and along the Yarra river
- A special visit to the "G" dedicated to my cheri
- An afternoon at StKilda where we sunbathed and swan... We did not realise what the helicopter over the water was doing until Christoph told us about the shark watch... we might not go swimming again....
A bientôt !
Hi It looks like you are having an amazing time. It all looks so familiar and I cant believe that you have been going to the same places we visited this time last year. The Queen Vic Market is amazing and of course Peter had to do the G tour!! These cricketing boys!!
ReplyDeleteYou will love the Great Ocean Road and say hi to Apollo Bay for us.
Also did you know that every MacDonlads in Oz has free Wi Fi..
Lots of Love
Team Townson
xx

ReplyDeleteMelbourne holidays are fantastic and the adventures are unique and cool. Feeding Kangaroo and Dolphin could be great experience for all.
